It’s been hot in Chattanooga for several weeks now. I am talking upper 90’s everyday with high humidity. I am mentally prepared for this in late July but not in June. So in an effort to keep a “cool” outlook on things I have been thinking about winter. You know those cold winter days when you bundle up in sweaters and gloves and find yourself longing for hot chocolate. Well to be honest, this “cool” thinking has done nothing to alter the feeling that I am melting but it did put me in the mood for Christmas. So I thought it would be fun to have Christmas in July.

Great Renew Weekend. It's always a challenge as we ask ourselves if we really know why we believe the way we do. Our beliefs are tied to all we are and all we value so we must solidify our beliefs so we can evaluate our values and live for the glory of God.
