A year or so ago, I began to be burdened about our ministry’s ability to connect one-on-one with the individuals to whom we were ministering.As I speak at conferences and retreats, women come to me after each session wanting to talk about important issues in their lives.
Retreats and conferences are not conducive to meeting with women individually.As women walk away, my heart breaks because I know they need more. Some women need to accept Christ as their personal Savior but they can’t see past their pain. They have tried everything and are at the end of their rope.Others are the wives and daughters of men in ministry and they feel they have no one to talk in their community.They need help for their own personal lives as well as help for those to whom they are ministering in their own churches.
